How to Export WooCommerce Products to CSV

  1. Open a supported WooCommerce store in Chrome.
  2. Click the WooCommerce Product Scraper & CSV Exporter extension icon.
  3. Confirm that the active tab is detected as a compatible WooCommerce store.
  4. Click Export Products to download a product CSV file.
  5. Click Export Collections to download a category and collection CSV file.

Free Version and Optional Pro License

The free version allows up to 500 top-level product exports per browser profile. Related publicly exposed native variation rows are included without consuming additional free credits.

Troubleshooting

The active tab is not detected as a WooCommerce store

The extension works only on supported stores that expose compatible public WooCommerce Store API endpoints. Some WordPress or WooCommerce websites disable or customize these endpoints.

Some product options are missing

The extension exports publicly exposed native WooCommerce variations. Some websites use third-party product add-on plugins, custom configurators or frontend option systems. Those options may not exist as native WooCommerce variations and may not be publicly available through the Store API.

The store contains more than 500 products

Free users receive the first available 500 top-level products and their related public native variation rows. Activate a valid Pro license to export the full available catalog.

License activation is not working

Confirm that you copied the complete Gumroad license key from your purchase receipt. Then reopen the extension, select Activate License Key and paste the key again.
